As a fitness trainer at fifteen, the physical practice of Yoga came relatively easy for me. It was the other aspects that piqued my interests. Heartbreak and disappointment were always a challenge for me to overcome. So from an early age, I set out to cultivate tools to cope with everyday, human suffering. This led me to a deep practice of meditation, while never dismissing the importance of movement as part of the healing process. For the last thirty years, I have empowered other humans to embody and love their anatomy, to move skillfully with great attention and care, to establish sustainable relationships with people, the Earth and food, to examine their story and rewrite any chapter.
