I was first introduced to Permaculture in 1985 when I saw a documentary on Bill Mollison. He made so much sense that I pulled up my concrete driveway and planted trees all around my house. That initial eureka moment led me to incorporating permaculture principles as a way of life and eventually studying Permaculture Design with Mollison himself, the father of Permaculture, and Geoff Lawton. I have travelled extensively around the world to observe traditional gardening techniques and building designs. Nature is the best teacher and Permaculture provides positive solutions for us all, to create environmentally sustainable, harmonious and abundant ways of living. I am passionate about living harmoniously with nature and dedicated to achieving low cost, high yielding sustainable ecosystems from closed loop waste management systems that benefit both the planet and the people who live and work in them.
