A Virtual, Holistic Retreat for Remodeling Our Lives During Uncertain Times

Join international yoga teacher trainer and acupuncturist, Alicia Cheung, and leadership coach, Claudia Presber, for a 6-day virtual retreat that will offer you more tools to practice and/or teach yoga during uncertain times.

Combining movement, coaching and mindfulness techniques, this is an extraordinary opportunity to stop, find where you are in this global pause, and reframe your life in a way that is honest, empowering, rewarding, and of greater service to others. This 6-day, online workshop retreat will include:

  • inspiring lectures & discussions
  • movement practices to strengthen and support
  • relaxation techniques, yoga nidra, myofascial roll-n-release, and yin yoga
  • essential self-care practices (lecture and practicum)
  • group and partner exercises/exchange to deepen insights

Through this life enhancing experience, you will be able to use the tools provided to inspire others around you in navigating through uncertainty. You will learn how to support your teams, students, family and community to redirect their attention and energy in more useful and beneficial ways. 

Yoga teachers will earn 25 continuing education credits that can be applied towards Yoga Alliance.
