Mindfulness 101: Mastery of the Basics is a 30-hour self-paced course that will guide you towards mastering practical techniques to keep you awake and alert in a world that’s constantly changing, both inside and out. 
 
Our course includes brief, informative teaching clips on the history, techniques, and neuroscience of mindfulness, as well as understanding thoughts and emotions, guided practice, videos from master teachers, introspective journal assignments, and most importantly, self-practice.
 
This course is perfect for beginners and intermediate practitioners.

My experience at the YogaWorks 200 hour teacher training has been enlightening. I received much more than I bargained for and I have a lot more understanding of yoga as a whole.
